A knitting/crochet/DIY textiles/crafting group class where we exchange ideas and help each other work on our various projects once a week. One potential project is learning to knit/crochet reusing plastic bags, which we have more than enough of. This group aims to be a queer positive, anti oppressive environment where we can discuss alternatives to mainstream consumerist society and create unique DIY projects. Bring your yarn and needles if you have them otherwise I'll do my best to supply them. There is no experience necessary and beginners are encouraged to attend! Class curriculum will depend on the various interests of the group, so bring yr ideas as well!
