How: This group will meet weekly to play music together. We will experiment with cover songs and will also experience composing our own songs together by applying some music theory. The semester-end project will be to perform at an open stage show. All people and instruments are welcome.

Why: -To have fun demonstrating our love for music.

-To practice expressing one’s own beat harmoniously with others.

-To experiment with different musical effects, sounds, and silence.

-To learn, teach, and apply knowledge in harmony and music theory in a supportive environment.

-To practice patience with ourselves and others while working hard at becoming more skilled at our instruments.

-To feel confident playing with others listening.

When: Thursday evenings.

Where: Gender Resource Centre.
